Room for high-value companies
The industrial zone is located directly on the A28 national road towards Davos. The Landquart junction with the A13 is around 18 kilometres away and connects the location with Chur, Zurich, Eastern Switzerland and the international north–south transport corridors.
Rhaetian Railway in the immediate vicinity
The Rhaetian Railway line runs along the northern side of the site. Loading facilities are available at Fideris railway station, while transshipment to the Swiss standard-gauge network is possible at Landquart railway station. According to the brochure, a direct rail connection within the industrial zone can also be negotiated.
High-tech and research within reach
International technology companies such as TRUMPF, Georg Fischer, WITTENSTEIN and GRITEC are based in the lower Prättigau, around ten kilometres away. At the same time, Fideris-Jenaz lies between the research locations of Landquart and Davos, providing access to expertise, skilled professionals and potential cooperation partners.
