With a total area of 215'000 m², Vial Industrial Park is the largest dedicated industrial zone in Graubünden. Around 150'000 m² of serviced industrial land is available for innovation- and export-oriented companies. The location is particularly suitable for life sciences, medtech, mechanical engineering, sensor technology, electronics, ICT and other high-tech industries.
Direct road and rail access
The industrial park has its own connection to the A13 and is only around ten minutes from Chur. The north–south corridor provides direct links towards Zurich, Basel, Southern Germany and Northern Italy. An industrial siding also connects the site to the Swiss and international rail network.
Comprehensively serviced
Companies benefit from redundant electricity and water supplies as well as gas and fibre-optic connections. District heating and an anergy network are also available. Excellent public transport connections also make the site easy to reach for employees.

Building heights of up to 40 metres, or 50 metres including rooftop structures, enable flexible production, research and logistics concepts. International technology and industrial companies including Hamilton, BC-Tech and EMS-Chemie are already based in the immediate vicinity.
