San Vittore is located directly on the E43/A13 between the Alpine region and Milan and close to the E35/A2 Gotthard corridor between Zurich and Northern Italy. Bellinzona can be reached in around 15 minutes, Lugano in 35 minutes and Milan in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The Roveredo and San Vittore junctions connect the industrial zone with the A13. Numerous procurement, sales and logistics markets in German-speaking Switzerland, Ticino and Northern Italy can therefore be reached via short transport routes.
Short distances for companies and employees
Cantonal and local connecting roads lead directly to the industrial zone. A public transport stop is located immediately adjacent to the site. San Vittore also has a heliport. Bellinzona provides access to the Gotthard Base Line and therefore to fast rail connections towards Zurich and Northern Italy.
Industrial sites with flexible acquisition options
The San Vittore industrial zone covers a total of around 180'000 m², making it the largest industrial area in the Italian-speaking part of Graubünden. A total of around 19'000 m² is currently available across various plots for companies establishing operations. The location is aimed particularly at companies in life sciences, medtech and other high-tech industries.
The plots are owned by public and private owners. In addition to purchase, use under a building lease is also possible. Sale prices and other terms are agreed individually with the respective owners.
