The Realta industrial zone in Cazis is located directly on the A13 and, with a planned extension of around 68'000 m², offers space for export-oriented industrial and service companies. Its own motorway connection, access to the Rhaetian Railway and proximity to Chur create excellent conditions for production, logistics and growth.
Room for industrial development
Realta is located directly on the E43/A13, providing direct connections to the Graubünden Rhine Valley, German-speaking Switzerland, Ticino and Northern Italy. The A3 also provides links towards Zurich and Basel. Chur, the cantonal capital, can be reached in around 15 minutes.
Short distances by road and rail
The Rothenbrunnen/Cazis motorway junction is around 200 metres from the site. Deliveries use direct access roads without having to pass through residential areas. The Rhaetian Railway extends onto the industrial site, enabling goods to be transported by rail.
Rothenbrunnen railway station and a bus stop are around 400 metres away. The location is therefore also easily accessible by public transport for employees.
Expansion area for attractive projects
The existing Realta industrial zone covers around 151'000 m². An additional area of approximately 68,000 m² is being prepared and can be developed for suitable, high-value relocation projects. The land is owned by the canton of Graubünden and is made available under a building lease; the specific terms are agreed on a project-by-project basis.
